What does "Level 1 Assisted Living" include?

Our standard Level 1 care covers reminders for all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Your monthly rate includes homemade meals, housekeeping, medication management, and basic laundry support.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes. We are an approved provider for Medicaid's New Choices Waiver Program, making us one of the most affordable assisted living homes in the state.

What if my parent needs more physical help?

We offer an "Assisted Living Plus" tier for residents needing hands-on help with up to three ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, or mobility support.

Can residents bring their own appliances?

Yes, residents can be approved to have a mini-fridge, AC unit, space heater, or microwave in their room for a small monthly utility fee.

Can residents bring their own furniture?

Absolutely. We want their room to look familiar, and we will even help you figure out the easiest way to move it in.

When am I allowed to visit?

Whenever you want! It's a private home, not a prison. Drop by for Sunday dinner or a Tuesday morning coffee without a long commute.

What happens if my parent's health declines?

They don't have to leave. Our 24/7 CNAs adapt to their needs, stepping up to higher-tier care options so they can age in place surrounded by people they trust.
